After giving out their first round of scholarships in 1950, the George M. Pullman Educational Foundation is still awarding them nearly 75 years later, and has helped over 12,000 students make college a reality. George M. Pullman was an American industrialist and railroad pioneer whose original bequest of $1.2M started the foundation. Even though the foundation has been around for decades, we wanted the design of the annual reports to feel modern while still paying homage to the foundation's roots in the American railroad industry.
